Either an Administrator or a Technician can add additional locations to a customer with multiple branches. Notice: All battery libraries added under a single customer name will be visible to all branches associated with that customer name. If a customer does not wish to share battery libraries with other branches each branch must be added as a separate customer.

Either an Administrator or a Technician can Add a battery. Before you can perform a battery inspection you will first need to add the battery to an existing customer.

A Dedicated battery is assigned to a specific truck while a pooled battery is rotated among several trucks. A Dedicated battery has the benefit of the Estimated remaining hours/cycles chart as an analytic tool while a pooled battery does not. Initial hours are the truck Drive and Lift hours or Drive hours or Key hours displayed when a new battery that is dedicated to a truck is installed in that truck. Drive and Lift hours are preferable to only Drive hours and Drive hours are preferable to only Key hours, as they provide a more accurate representation of the time

Hours use per day of a Dedicated battery are displayed at the bottom of the Truck hours section of the battery inspection as well as at the bottom of the Estimated hours/cycles remaining chart on the Review page.
