- Only an Administrator can Deactivate a User.
- A User is someone who has been invited to access Voltelligent.
- Some reasons to Deactivate a User could be:
- An employee is no longer employed by your company.
- A customer contact no longer works for that customer.
- A customer has changed service providers or the customer has closed their business.
To Deactivate a User:
- From the Dashboard click the Admin tile at the top left.
- Click the Users tile.
- Click the Edit link to the right of the user.
- Scroll to the bottom and click the Deactivate user link.
- Click Update to return to the Users list.
