As an Administrator the first thing you need to do is set your units of measure based on your location or preferences.
As an Administrator you will be able to perform the following:
- Add a new User, set their access level and invite them to access Voltelligent.
- Update a Users’ information, Deactivate a User and Reactivate a User.
- Manage lists including add a new item, delete an item, move a commonly a chosen item to the top of a list.
- Edit your subscriber profile.
- Upload your company logo.
- Add a customer and Add an additional location for a customer with more than one branch.
- Archive or Delete a customer or a customer location.
- Add a Battery.
- Determine when a battery inspection or watering is due.
- Edit a battery’s inspection and watering scheduled frequency.
- Perform a battery inspection.
- Edit data entered by a technician.
- Proof an inspection.
- Delete a battery inspection.
- Perform battery watering.
- Edit battery, truck and charger details.
- Upload a photo.
- Delete, Archive, Restore, or Move a battery or Clear a battery’s history.
- Sort the batteries in a customers’ library.
- View an individual battery’s inspection and watering history.
- View an individual battery’s Analysis page containing Assessment comments, and Analytical graphs.
- Edit Analysis page Assessment comments.
- Manage billing information.
- Add a payment method.
- View payment history.
- Cancel your plan.
