The visual inspection selections are subjective. Ex: One technician might choose Minor acid misting while another technician chooses Some acid misting.
The opinion of each technician of the degree of the observation is less important than the recommendation resulting from their observation. In either case their recommendation would be one of the Neutralize and clean selections.
If Good is selected it will impact the selections available in the Tasks performed section later. Ex: If for Tray or Cell tops Good is chosen under the Tasks performed Tray/cell tops section later there will be no selections related to cleaning the battery.
For sealed batteries in a Pack where the batteries are not readily accessible the “Skip full visual inspection until accessible” checkbox can be checked so that visual inspection items that are not accessible can be skipped.
